A dignified French Transitional Louis XV Rococo style grand floor giltwood marginal frame mirror

The fine carved double frame hand carved and gilded with French gold foils and patinated, surmounted with a royal cavetto cartouche flanked by an enchanting acanthus spinosus spray wreath,

The convex outer frame is craved with pearls and egg and dart motif continued with a concave extension carved with rinceau style and bordered again with pearls,

The sectional mirror plate with another frame shaped in Ovolo with egg-and-dart and scattered on outer section different cartouches on corners, center and top. The frame terminates on both sides with scrolled Rocaille motifs.
