A fabulous Napoleon Second Empire style ormolu-mounted veneer inlaid Coffee Table
The serpentine shaped eared and moulded marble top above an impressive frieze with recessed panels on all sides separated by blocks on corners ornamented by ormolu rosettes and adorned by most decorative pierced interlocking circle design accented with small leaves.
Below are four robust cabriole legs mounted with masterfully chiseled and detailed ormolu Swan busts, adorned on the sides by pierced foliate ormolu mounts and an ormolu acanthus leaf sabot on each leg. The legs are joined by a concaved sides stretcher with an ormolu embellished border.
The table is part of a fine set as displayed per request.
