A winsome late 19the Century French Louis XVI style hand carved and French foil gilded and patinated five pieces Baronial Grand Sofa Suite Set of one three seater grand sofa and four armchairs, the fine set is raised on tapered fluted legs and ornamented with foliate blossoming Oak leaves cravings, spiral ribbon designs and acanthus leaves, the sofa is upholstered with handmade tassels on the lower section and all set is finely upholstered with printed velvet fabrics representing court scenes.
